Sometimes all you need is simplicity. For instance, you may not need a “premium” phone, and you only want to pay a carrier as much as you use data, minutes, etc. With AT&T GoPhones, you can do that! We’ve partnered with Big Blue to give you practically everything you’d want in an ASUS ZenFone, without the hassle of contracts and monthly bills. Now, you can pay as you go, and have the beauty of a ZenFone at your convenience!

In addition to the customization you get through our launcher, the device even comes with two back covers: an understated charcoal black, or a pearl white, depending on your taste. With the ZenFone 2E, you’ll be able to handle small tasks, but it is recommended to increase your storage and take advantage of the microSD card slot to save your pictures and apps data.

We’ve also recently, and permanently, dropped the price on the ZenFone 2E by $20! Now you can get it at just $99!

ATTplans

AT&T currently features 3 pre-paid plans that cover some basic services at the $60, $45 and $30 price range. By setting up auto-refill payments, you can get a $5 discount on the two upper-tier plans. At Tier 1, you can get unlimited talk and text in the US and to Mexico and Canada, but your data is capped at 4GB. For $55 (if you set up auto-refill) it’s a pretty good deal! You can also purchase day plans as necessary. For more plan info, you can go AT&T’s GoPhone page.

  1. I would not longer get an Asus device, you will never get a bootloader unlocked, thefore no device development, no proper way of backing up the device with custom recovery. By Asus, you have the best android apps for personal use I have seen, great ZenUI, but will accept others due to these conditions. Adios Asus………

    • I’m not sure what you mean? We have the bootloader unlock available for the ZenFone 2…it’s a great first step in offering powerusers a great experience.

  2. Ok phone for prepay as you go . But it’s lock to AT&T . I’ve paid for the phone & I’m still lock to AT&T. I’ve tried to have the phone unlock through AT&T but they gave the run around. Tried to contact AT&T go phone to have my phone unlock so I can test other prepaid providers and all I get is waiting & automate answering machine . I’ll not refer any friends or relative to buy this phone.

    • Of course it’s locked to AT&T…it’s a partnership that we had with this device. If AT&T gave you the run around, then this issue is with them.

  3. When yo9u get T-Mobile,let me know. Had SunCom bought out by ATT. Service got worse and AT&T gave me sh*t about it. T-Mobile now for 15+yrsn and no sh*t and good service, coverage.

AT&T ripped their shirt with me. Not a good idea with me. I value customer service (especially when I’m paying for it!) an I don’t reward rude customer service reps or bad service (especially when I’m paying for it!

  4. My phone will no longer stay lit up after calling a number. The screen goes black and the on/off at the top of the phone no longer lights it up. I cannot see the phone to use speaker or dial extensions. Basically the phone is broken for use as a phone. I can’t get a product support number listed for the warranty repair needed on it. I would like to know if I should return the phone to you? the AT&T store or what. I have only had this phone since January but right now can’t recommend it to anyone.

  5. Recien adquiri este equipo y me va muy bien, Lo estoy usando en Venezuela con Movistar y tome perfectamente la señal. Ahora bien este modelo sera actualizable a Android 6.0?
